1:96 scale - Scratch built

24" long x 8" high

The plan for the model came from F.H. Chapman's book and a plan photo is included. The plan shows a design for a pivoting gun. Two were built per plan and installed, one on each side, with an opening left in the decking so they can be viewed. The model is built plank on bulkhead and most of the wood is cherry. It is scratch built except for fittings (wheel, dead eyes, etc.) and cannon barrels.
